What’s the difference between bespoke and personalised designs?
The short answer is that bespoke designs are created from scratch especially for you, while personalised ready-to-print designs are existing ones that we personalise with your details and colour choices.

How much will it cost
The cost will vary depending on what you are planning. Ready-to-print pieces start from £1.40 for an save the date card and £1.80 for an invitation (including envelope). Bespoke projects are quoted for on a case by case basis based on ready-to-print costs plus a design fee. We will always make sure you have a total figure for the designs you have ordered before we begin the process. There will be no surprises! All quotes and prices include electronic proofs & digital printing.

What about VAT?
There’s no VAT to pay.

How do I place my order?
Email us with your requirements and we’ll send you a quote. When you are happy we’ll send you an invoice for 50% of the cost of your stationery as a non-refundable deposit. Once payment has been received we can begin when you’re ready!

When will the balance be due?
We’ll send you an invoice for the balance on your order once you are completely happy with your design. The balance must be paid before your stationery can go to print.

Do I need to send a save the date?
As a rule of thumb if your wedding is on a popular summer weekend, you have lots of friends also planning a wedding or holiday in the same year or you might not know many details of the wedding until closer to the date then a save the date could be a good idea.

When should I send my invitations?
That depends a bit on whether you’re sending a save the date or not. If you have then you might want to send the invite about 3-4 months before. If not you might want to do it 5-8 months before.

How long will the design and printing take?
Timescales for different projects will vary and we will agree deadlines with each client but 2-3 weeks for ready-to-print designs (not including printing) and 3-6 weeks for bespoke projects (not including printing and depending on complexity) is a good rule of thumb.

I need something sooner, can you help?
Depending on how busy we are we may be able to take on jobs that have tight deadlines. If you need something very quickly we may add an additional charge but we’ll always try to help if we can.

Can you arrange printing?
Yes! Digital printing is included in the price.

What will the quality be like?
Our designs are printed on a choice of quality 300gsm Gesso, A fine Italian card, perfect for weddings with it’s gorgeous ‘hammered’ texture. 350gsm Silk stock, a smooth thick card. Sirio, A soft, white pearlescent paper, that glistens without fighting for attention with printed artwork and Nettuno, soft and inviting, with fine-lined markings. All invites come with white envelopes as standard.

Can I upgrade?
Yes you most certainly can. All designs can be personalised with your guests names at the cost of 40p a piece. We also offer card upgrades. Lux card comes with a signature coloured core running through the centre. Pick your signature colour from a choice of 11 and we’ll sandwich it between two additional pieces of card to create a triple layered effect. How about magnetic card? perfect for the fridge door. Please get in touch for more information.

What if I want other items after I have received my invitations will the colours be the same?
Yes they will be as we use a professional printing company to do all our printing for this reason.

Can I get a sample?
Yes we can send you a sample pack, we do have to make a small charge for this. Please get in touch if interested.

Can I get a printed proof?
Of course! Printed proofs are available at a cost of £20 a piece.

If I like one of the designs but would like a small change or addition is this then a bespoke service?
No this is not classed as a bespoke service, although to make changes there will be a small charge. Please get in touch to discuss.

I’d like extra items to match my ready-to-print designs.
No problem. We can design menus, order or service etc to match any of your ready-to-print designs. Have a look at the On the day page.

Do you just do weddings?
Not at all. If you’re having a party that needs an eye catching invite or you’ve had a baby you need to tell folks about have a look at our Occasions page or get in touch.

I don’t know what to write on my invitations
Don’t worry, we have put together some handy guides to help

I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
We’re sorry but the 50% deposit you pay to book your project in is non-refundable.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is weight dependent. Its starts at £5 and rarely goes above £10.

There’s a mistake in the text of my design.
We ask that you check your design proofs really carefully before signing them off and letting us send them to print. Once they go to print no further amends can be made. If you do find a mistake that you missed, don’t panic. Contact us and we will discuss reprinting, unfortunately we will need to charge for this.
