The Bespoke Process
Designing something bespoke for a couple is a real privilege. We love to be involved during this special time, creating something totally unique to reflect you and your big day.

We’ll work closely with you to ensure you come away the stationery of your dreams. And all that gorgeousness doesn’t have to stop at your invites, we can carry it on through your on the day stationery too!
There are many print processes available within the bespoke service, including letterpress, embossing, spot UV. Please get in touch to discuss ideas for your bespoke wedding stationery.
First steps
Step ONE:
On first contact we’ll talk through your ideas, time frame and budget to determine the initial concept for your invitations. Any inspirational material you can bring at this point would be great: colour swatches, an old postcard, a photograph, a piece of lace or fabric.
From there we’ll discuss how many pieces you need, and any co-ordinating “on the day” stationery. We’ll supply you with a quote for the work. When you’re ready to go ahead we will send you an invoice for 50% of the cost of the project which is a non refundable deposit. Once we’ve received your payment we’ll research ideas, creating mood boards for you and put together two first proofs and email them over.
Step TWO:
We will discuss these designs so that you have the opportunity to choose your favourite, make any changes and add any ideas, we will also discuss colour schemes.
Final steps
step THREE:
We will produce a second proof and send it over to you for checking, you feedback any amends, this can be repeated if necessary.
step FOUR:
Once the proof is perfect we will send you a second invoice to pay the balance on the order. Once we have received your payment we will send everything to print. At this stage the design cannot be changed and errors cannot be amended so please make sure you are completely happy with everything! You should then have your pieces within 2 weeks.
Please note: Prices quoted include 2 rounds of amends and we don’t mind making small amends after that but in the unlikely event the design runs to many more rounds of amends we may possibly need to charge extra.
There is a minimum order on all wedding print pieces of 40.
Pricing works on a design fee basis starting at £250 (depending on complexity) in addition to the cost of your products.
